Stamped Metal Parts Production Process
Metal stamped parts follow a rigorous and standardized production process in our factory. Firstly, the technical team utilizes CAD/CAM software for mold design and optimization based on customer drawings and technical requirements. High precision molds are manufactured using equipment such as CNC machining centers and EDM machines, with mold accuracy reaching micrometer level. Next, automated testing equipment is used to comprehensively inspect the dimensions, appearance, and performance of the parts, including coordinate measurement, hardness testing, and non-destructive testing, to ensure that the product quality meets the standards. Finally, customized packaging is provided according to customer needs, using moisture-proof, scratch resistant, and anti-static packaging materials to ensure the product remains intact during transportation and storage.
Stamped Metal Parts Surface Treatment
