Custom Stamped Parts Production Process

Our factory has established a scientifically rigorous customized stamping production process. Firstly, upon receiving customized customer requirements, the technical team will conduct a detailed analysis of the product drawings and technical requirements, and develop a production plan based on our factory equipment and process capabilities. Next, we will enter the mold design and manufacturing process, using advanced CAD/CAM technology for mold design, and completing mold manufacturing through high-precision processing equipment to ensure mold accuracy and service life. Subsequently, the raw materials are cut, and according to the product size requirements, laser cutting, CNC shearing machines and other equipment are used to cut the sheet into suitable blanks. The blank enters the stamping process and is formed into the required parts through the mold under the action of the press. After forming, the parts are subjected to subsequent treatments such as deburring and shaping, and then strict quality inspection is carried out using equipment such as coordinate measuring instruments and hardness testers to ensure that the product meets the design requirements. Finally, customized packaging is provided according to customer needs to safely deliver the product.

To enhance the performance and appearance of customized stamped parts, we offer a variety of surface treatment processes.
