Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

In our factory’s production system, stainless steel stamped parts are highly favored by the market for their excellent comprehensive performance. Its most prominent feature is excellent corrosion resistance. With a dense passivation film formed by alloy elements such as chromium and nickel, it can effectively resist complex environmental erosion such as acid and alkali, salt spray, etc. It can still be used stably for a long time in harsh environments such as coastal areas and chemical workshops. At the same time, stainless steel materials have high strength and toughness, and the stamped parts can withstand large mechanical loads without easily undergoing fracture deformation, which can meet the manufacturing needs of high-strength structural components. In addition, our factory adopts high-precision stamping equipment and independently developed molds to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of stainless steel stamped parts can reach ± 0.03mm, with good surface smoothness. Some products can be put into use without secondary processing, greatly improving production efficiency and product cost-effectiveness.

Material selection for Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

Our factory has a rich and diverse reserve of stainless steel materials, which can accurately match the needs of different application scenarios. The commonly used 304 stainless steel is widely used in civilian fields such as food machinery and kitchenware due to its excellent corrosion resistance, comprehensive mechanical properties, and ease of processing; 316 stainless steel with added molybdenum element further enhances its acid and alkali corrosion resistance, especially suitable for high corrosion environments such as marine engineering and medical equipment. For special parts that require high strength and high temperature resistance, we choose 430 stainless steel or duplex stainless steel (such as 2205). In addition, in response to the special needs of customers, factories can purchase imported stainless steel plates or customize materials containing special alloy elements such as nitrogen and titanium, and strictly follow the incoming inspection process to ensure that material performance meets standards through spectral analysis, tensile testing, and other means, controlling product quality from the source.

Production process of Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

Stainless steel stamped parts follow a rigorous and efficient production process in our factory. Firstly, the technical team uses CAD/CAM software for mold design and optimization based on product drawings and process requirements, and manufactures high-precision molds through CNC machining centers and electric discharge molding machines. Select suitable raw materials, enter the stamping process, and use high-speed stamping equipment in conjunction with multi station progressive dies to achieve rapid and precise forming of parts. Due to the high hardness of stainless steel materials, it is necessary to strictly control the mold clearance and stamping speed during the stamping process to avoid material strain or mold wear. The formed parts undergo processes such as deburring and shape correction, and then undergo quality inspection through eddy current testing, metallographic testing, and other methods to ensure the absence of defects such as cracks and deformations. Finally, anti-static and scratch resistant packaging materials are used for packaging to ensure the integrity of the product during transportation and storage.

Surface treatment of Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

To further enhance the performance and appearance of stainless steel stamped parts, our factory is equipped with a comprehensive surface treatment production line. In terms of basic treatment, through processes such as electrolytic polishing and mechanical polishing, the surface roughness Ra value of the parts can be reduced to as low as 0.2 μ m, presenting a mirror effect and suitable for decorative components; For products that require enhanced corrosion resistance, passivation treatment is used to form a more stable passivation film on the surface, significantly improving the ability to resist salt spray corrosion. In addition, sandblasting and wire drawing treatments are provided to give the parts a unique texture and anti slip performance; For special industry needs, vacuum titanium plating and PVD coating treatment can be carried out to achieve wear resistance, anti fingerprint and other functions, or personalized colors can be given to products through spray painting and electrophoretic coating.

Application of Stainless Steel Stamped Parts products

The stainless steel stamped parts we produce are widely used in multiple industries. In the food and pharmaceutical industry, it is used to manufacture food machinery casings, medical device components, etc., and meets hygiene standards due to its non-toxic, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant characteristics; In the field of architectural decoration, stainless steel stamped parts can be used to make railings, handrails, decorative lines, curtain wall accessories, etc., improving building quality with beautiful appearance and long-lasting durability; In the automotive manufacturing industry, it is applied to exhaust system components, body structural components, etc., to help achieve lightweight design while ensuring strength and corrosion resistance; In addition, stainless steel stamped parts also play an important role in industries such as environmental protection equipment, electronic appliances, and shipbuilding, such as filter screens for sewage treatment equipment, shielding covers for electronic equipment, and ship hardware accessories. With their reliable performance, they have won the trust of many customers.
